I am so grateful for the wonderful support we are receiving from RBT Maseray and her Boss Mr Chris They are not only highly professional but also extremely kind, patient, and compassionate. My child feels comfortable and encouraged during every session, and I have seen such positive growth in social skills and behavior What stands out most is They combine professionalism with genuine care always respectful, reliable, and understanding of my child’s needs. I can't Thank you enough for such an outstanding team . I highly recommend Avenue to any family looking for quality, caring, and effective ABA support.

Stay away from this place. Their workers are not vetted. They hurt my child and never followed up with an apology or explanation. They don't provide sufficient hours for a child to actually learn anything long term. And Management have the gift of gab but no action. Worst experience ever!! Find services elsewhere

I have been having a lot of issues with this company in the past 9 months and it's ongoing. Communication of schedules from the office falls off a week after the RBT gets started and then the finger is pointed from the RBT that the office was supposed to let me know. We have a group chat for my daughter's RBT and supervisor and then all my parties are no notified that the RBT is not coming. The crazy part is the chat is to notify us of delays, early departures, or no shows and yesterday no messages, but you tell me verbally that you will be cutting class by 1 hour for future visits. This is the 4 RBT. There was only 1 RBT in the last 6 months who was here for 2 weeks as a backup who was consistent, no schedule changes, on time, and paired well with my child where my child was making progress. When I requested for Maseray to stay even though she was a backup, I was told no. Every other RBT has had some kind of problem outside of my daughter's care and we're the client. At this point, every other RBT has caused regression and it makes me feel this company is a money grab and it's time for me to look for at therapy programs outside of this company so that my daughter's growth is progressing instead of the setbacks that we have had with other RBTs due to their accountability.

Wonderful team at avenues ABA! Their dedication to providing quality care for children with autism is truly impressive. The staff is professional, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile to support families. Highly recommend!

The staff at Avenues ABA are sincere and truly give off a feeling of caring for their clients. They are knowledgeable, caring and empathetic. I have only had positive encounters with any and all staff I interacted with. I definitely recommend.
