Avita is truly about patient care. They have assistance programs , counseling, and a Nurse Practitioner who isn't just throwing pills at problems. The staff and esp the manager; who has an office directly to the right after entering the workspace proper, shows dedication and professionalism. A mgr that close is hands on and dedicated, as is reflected in the employees working for her. Great establishment, mission and community staple

The staff is great. Very attentive and active with clients!!!

Extremely weak leadership team, very understaffed and not all staff trained to handle behaviors that can easily be managed. They would rather kick someone out then ask for a behavior specialist involvement or family input. When family has questions, they don’t answer back. They only want clients that will basically take care of themselves, follow directions and don’t have any issues.

Really nice people to go will help you out with anything

Generally everyone is helpful but often it is very difficult to get through on the phone.
