I apply at this location, for services for my daughter did the first call initial consultation and after that I didn’t receive a call back after two weeks of waiting. I called them back.and o was told by the receptionist that they couldn’t find my daughters information to Fill out the documents. again, which I did. And they still haven’t call me back till now.
It’s is inexplicable to me that if a child has DDD but is too young to be eligible for ALTCS they cannot receive respite services. You can also use insurance for respite, which through AHCCCS we have - approved for 600 hours of respite - still can’t be used here bc we DO have DDD, and IF we have DDD we MUST have altcs (which again is NOT even an option under the age of 3) in order to get respite. How does that make ANY sense. This policy is designed to fail the families of young children with developmental disabilities, it’s literally a never ending loop of “we can’t help you unless you have ALTCS”, so essentially until your kid turns three you’re on your own. I guess my best advice to parents out there lucky enough to get a diagnoses under the age of three, if you want respite care and you have insurance for it, screw DDD until your kid is old enough for ALTCS as well.
Experience was great, quick & easy!
It's amazing to get the opportunity they offered, taking pictures of my hyperactive kids is always difficult for me so just being able to have the images means a lot
AZA - West valley location is absolutely amazing in whatever they do! They always go above and beyond to be hospitable and create the most welcoming atmosphere. I can’t thank AZA enough for being an outstanding establishment!
The team at the WVC provides an absolutely wonderful experience. The atmosphere is great - it's a beautiful learning space that feels warm and welcoming. My child's BCBA is receptive, respectful, keeps us informed of treatment plan matters, and consistently professional in her approach. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The scheduling is also very understanding and flexible, which makes it much easier for our family to get our child to his regular therapy sessions. And most importantly, my child genuinely looks forward to spending time with his behavior therapist. As a parent, you just know when something works for your child and when it doesn't. And AZA United has been working for us! Overall, we have been satisfied with the quality of care and support provided at this center. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone seeking behavior therapy for their child.
Wonderful Facility. My manager and I recently meet with some of the leadership team recently and they are so passionate about what they do. You can tell they truly care about the children and are 100 percent dedicated to making sure they thrive for the rest of their lives. As a parent with a child that has special needs, it warms my heart to know there is an organization in Arizona like this!
Beautiful facility and passionate Clinicians and support staff. I refer my clients and friends here often. They have always been met with compassion and attention. Their Parent Support program is extremely beneficial for families navigating new diagnoses.
