The group of ladies that work there, are just so understanding and helpful to all the patients and the DOCTOR is DOWN to EARTH **She is truly the best doctor around Southport N.C and Wilmington N.C. Honestly.So if you need some type of counseling this is the best place I promise you won’t be disappointed All the way around I give it 5 stars*******

My granddaughter and myself love this place it focuses on all issues and don't over whelm or over load you with a bunch of assignments they listen and they don't judge There kind and caring and help 100 percent with coping skills and getting to the core of issues and don't give up on you ! I love azalea coastal. There very professional and family oriented

The care I received at this practice has been very unprofessional. In December I showed up early for my first appointment that was at 10a. However, I was not called back until sometime after 11. I was told their systems were down but I later realized the patient before me had shown up late and was being seen during my time slot. The next appointment I had was canceled due to the office being closed - even though it was scheduled during their normal business hours. I did not receive a phone call, text message, or email stating that my appointment was canceled and/or needed to be rescheduled. I drove over an hour to arrive at a locked facility with the lights turned off. During the hour drive back home I've reconsidered continuing to pay for services at this place. As a health facility dealing with all ranges of mental health cases, this place needs to do a better job at caring for others with quality & respect because every human being is made in the image of God. ⭐️Genesis 1:27⭐️
