I am at the beginning of the "My back is jacked" journey. I came to the Back & Neck Center two weeks ago and I'm thoroughly impressed with the care I have received. My insurance covers adjustments along with massages so I've been going in twice a week to try to get my spine back in alignment. I appreciate that the chiropractor explained that 2/3 of my results are going to be me starting to work on my physical health which includes core muscles / postural muscle strength and flexibility. I already started those activities and could tell a difference the first week. I'm sore and I know this will be probably over a month process for my body too align itself again. So far so good! I will definitely give it updated review once I have reached the end of my care plan!

Dr Ken and the staff are amazing! I've been to 4 other Chiropractors over the past 23 years and Dr Ken is the first one to actually x-ray my back correctly diagnose my issues. He came up with a treatment plan and it's working. Highly recommend Dr Ken and the staff.

Edit: The new chiropractor “adjusted” my leg so roughly, I can’t even begin to stand up straight now.
Dr. Ken is fantastic, he really listens and I feel fantastic after going. The IF treatment is amazing as well, and front desk is on it. 100% recommend. Can't wait for my next appointment!
Wait time is always under 15 minutes, doc listens and makes suggestions to help with wellness, the staff are caring and kind. I always leave feeling better, and like I'm being cared for. Also, Phil gives an amazing massage. Deep pressure, no pokey bits, just a good massage that always leaves me feeling like jello in a good way. He also gives a great relaxing, not so deep pressure massage, whatever your preference might be.
I love the office staff. My chiropractor is solving problems I’ve dealt with for decades.
