I tried getting my son enrolled and they asked for so much documents which i provided. It has been a year back and forth but no one has reach out to me, i even tried the director and the same thing, no call back. I heard my insurance might be a challenging to deal with but i would have appreciated a call back of some sort, sadly they don't want my business or help my son.
This place is absolutely horrible. We stuck it out for over a year and the professionalism just continues to decline. They don’t take into account a parent’s request when they ask you what’s needed. The people in charge don’t like to hear you disagree with them. You get the pressure to do something like a sleazy used car salesman pitch. I got harassed by one case manager through 2 texts and email all within 5 minutes, implying that I was a horrible parent. Then glared at me in the parking lot the next time I saw him.
