My entire experience with them has been negative. Managing our mortgage has been a nightmare. Their website looks like it’s a decade out of date. If I wanted to pay off the loan, I wouldn’t even be able to because of their $2,500 payment limit. This is in stark contrast to another bank I used, where I had full flexibility to make additional payments, and the system dynamically showed how much interest I would save with every extra dollar paid each month. They also had no silly limit to how much I paid off at a given time. I paid off that loan in full without a single human interaction or phone call. Everything at this bank feels antiquated and frustrating. And to top it off, our interest rate basically doubled. I suggested giving my loan to a different servicer but that wouldn’t happen. I would strongly recommend to anyone to stay away.
Lousy hours. Understaffed. ATMs are a constant hassle.
I tried to deposit $80.00 in the ATM (3 20 dollar bills) ...but the ATM would not accept my money or return my card ... finally it closed & acceptedy money & returned my card but did give me a receipt - I checked on my phone but did not see anything about the deposit made ... Been at this bank since it was lacoina bank ! There only good for of transactions of founds! Only had one truck loan approved from them in the 25 years I been using em . Please do yourself a favor and shop for a better banking

Absolutely, appalled at how I was treated today. Ive been banking with them for years and have multiple accounts. But today i was treated like a lier and a thief being told my check was fake and there would be over a week hold on the check due to the insurance check being in my wifes maiden name. I will be closing all of my accounts very soon
I have been a customer of what was Laconia Savings bank, & is now Bank of New Hampshire, for at least 30 years. Any issues have been quickly & efficiently solved. Thank you for being there!
