The neuro-feedback has been very helpful. Andrew and Nikki's counseling has been very beneficial to our family.

From a process standpoint, this seems like a well run office. The method by which I was referred to them was very confusing. My spouse had taken my kids to an undisclosed location for 4 months. Mental health concerns are still suspected. I was given the number to your office saying “this is who we are working with.” I had 3 video sessions at $180 each. I was honest; I listened and considered. I was assigned 2 secular books and 1 chapter of Scripture which seemed misapplied. As I spoke with the un-credentialed coach, he told me the words to say. I honestly considered them in case they were accurate, but they were not. During one of the sessions, I heard my kids in the background with him. The coach complemented my children as being “delightful.” Not knowing this coach very well, it felt very creepy that this man was near my daughters. I understand not everything is as it seems, but my experience left me very suspicious of future contact between my children and this coach. The spouse takes regular trips with my kids to see this coach in-person, and the spouse no longer keeps contact with her family. She seems very isolated, and this does not seem to be improving with Banner’s help.

I have been going to Banner for right at a year. Andrew is my therapist and he is all around solid. So much has changed for me in a positive way since I’ve been going there and I can credit Banner for helping me be where I’m at today. If anyone wants or needs therapy I would highly suggest Banner.

We were recommended Banner by our youth pastor. Everyone that I have come into contact with through Banner has been very nice and accepting. Both of my kids see Niki because life is hard. I have noticed a profound difference in both of them, especially their ability to process through their emotions. She’s great about connecting with both of them on their level. I am so happy we chose her and Banner Institute.

Tom Pryde has been a lifeline for me while navigating a life altering situation. I highly value the principles and framework he uses. They have changed my life for the better in many ways. I attended his conference on abuse hosted by Banner and it was excellent! I left wishing it would go on for more days. I wish everyone could attend (you can now virtually 😉) and implement these principles. The world would be so much better for it. 100 stars ⭐️! 💯 Recommend!
