Thomas and staff have been truly amazing and have taught me what I need to be healthy, strong and successful In my daily life. I cannot stress enough how wonderful my experience.

I had a left knee TKR on August 4 2025. I’ve met and exceeded all my recovery goals. I deeply appreciate the PT services provided by both Thomas Sustich and Colt Huggins. My recovery success is a direct result of their efforts and guidance. I highly recommend Jacksonville Baptist Physical Therapy clinic to anyone looking for a great PT clinic.

I can’t say enough good things about this place, employees are awesome, Colt and Tom are great therapist. Give them a chance to help you. Don’t give up after a few sessions, it will get better do your recommended exercises at home! I am so grateful I used this therapy center. If needed I will use them again! Thank you!!!

Colt and Tom are awesome!! Both are super respectful and they both listen if you have a concerns or issues. The office is clean and fresh every time I come in. They are also very patient and if you have questions they take time to explain everything to you.

From the registration to the end of the PT process everyone was very helpful, they explained things so that not only myself, but my 15 year old daughter (the actual patient) could understand. Mitzi and Colt were both very helpful and considerate during our visits. We never had to wait past our appointment time. Scheduling was a breeze and my schedule was taken into consideration as well.
