This facility Would not allow patient to stay with one therapist. The staff does not focus on the patients, they are very wrapped up in their own personal conversations. Treat you rudely about your insurance if it’s not a specific kind. Needs better management and fairness. Will report to the patient advocate line. Thank you
I was referred by ACH Burn Unit after having tendon damage from severe third degree burns on my hand. Benjamin was great. Very personable, kind, genuine, caring and knowledgeable. It was always fun talking music with him. It suck’s having to do physical therapy, but if you have to I could not recommend him more.
I was referred to this facility and had my first appointment on August 29th for severe shoulder pain. They told me I had to wait for insurance approval, but no one called me back for over a week. I called several times and they never answered or returned messages. When I finally reached someone, I was told my insurance didn’t approve, later I found out this was false. The staff member who was supposed to submit approvals was on vacation, and the temporary staff never sent mine in. Once it was finally submitted, the approval came through in 10 minutes. Because of this mistake, I spent a week in excruciating pain, relying on heavy painkillers. The therapy session I was forced to do before an MRI only made things worse, and I ended up in the ER. Later I learned my issue was actually in my neck, something this facility should have recognized. The lack of communication, mismanagement, and incorrect information I experienced here is unacceptable. I don’t know how they maintain a 5-star rating when patients are left in pain with no follow-up. A facility that cares about patients should at least have an answering service, properly trained staff, and timely communication.
My roommate Alvin Singleton had neck therapy about one month ago there. Erin was his therapist and he was so pleased with her. She made him feel comfortable. She went above and beyond to help him. All of the staff were wonderful. Thank you Erin for your support. Keep that great attitude!
