I was struggling to find a therapist who accepted my insurance, and it felt like I hit a dead end. Every place I reached out to; had a waitlist of 1-4 months. Just when I was about to give up, Emma assisted me in finding options and getting scheduled with someone this week, thanks to her hard work and dedication. I'm grateful for her help and appreciate how this place handled the situation. I'm looking forward to my session with Sean.

I had been a client of Janey Hoang’s for almost 6 months doing individual therapy and she has been excellent, especially with her approach towards things. I’ve always been able to fully be myself in sessions, feel comfortable with conversations and opening up. She has really taught me a lot and opened my eyes to things in life. Janey is extremely great at what she does, and I appreciate everything she has helped me through the past 6 months.

Erin Machan is an amazing therapist at Base Behavioral Health. Erin has been instrumental in helping me process past trauma, develop strategies for handling mental health issues, and providing me with a safe space to discuss sensitive situations. She has been a key reason why I have been able to overcome some significant blockers with my mental health. When I am working with Erin, I always feel that I add something to my “toolbox“. She is so empathetic and understanding yet knows when to challenge so that I always grow and move forward.

I was apprehensive about starting over with a new therapist, but found that it actually was a better fit for my long term goals. I recommend giving them a shot to anyone looking to better themselves or their life.

My experience at Base Behavioral Health while under the care of Mrs. Kelly Everett was very positive. What it was ,was life changing! From the very first session Mrs. Everett's compassion, knowledge and insightfulness was amazing! I can honestly say without hesitation that every time i drove home i was in a better place then i was as i drove there a hour earlier. After all isn't that the reason we go to therapy !? All i know is there is a special little spot in heaven for people like you Mrs. Everett!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
