My daughters doctor sent referral back in 2019 before the pandemic and to this day no one contacted us nor has she been able to start any services
Contacting them is impossible. Don't bother calling... no one answers, and the mailbox is always full, so you can't even leave a message.
Waited for 2 years (yes, you read this correctly) on a waiting list. Gave them my insurance information over 6 months in advance. When the time came to get the help my son needed, the paperpusher called me and said 'we no longer take your insurance.' No assistance, no further ideas or suggestions. Pretty sad, but after reading the other reviews it makes it clear whose best interest is really at heart here.
Not really good communicators, they assume they know everything. And are in it for themselves.
The supervisors were great but there was way too much turnover. 4 Supervisors in a year and a half. Makes me worry about upper management. BTs were also good.
