BASS has been the best steppingstone for our son. He started the clinic at 2 1/2 and now is in kindergarten. The progress he has made within this time is amazing all thanks to the staff at BASS.

The employees at Bass do an excellent job of communicating and they truly care about the progress of their clients. The staff also works closely with the parents so that all parties are on board with the therapy that is provided.

My family and I can not tell you how much we love BASS ABA therapy center in Clearwater. My son Bentley had recently been diagnosed with autism level 2 and this was the first center we contacted on a recommendation from his speech therapist and from the first time I spoke w Courtney I had a good feeling about this place and meeting Mariel gave me even more peace of mind as she was great at explaining the process and what Bentleys day to day would look like while he is there. Bentley absolutely loves all of his therapist but ms. Tammy and Mr. Anthony are his besties. He gets so excited to see each of them and I can’t even put into words how grateful I am for him to have those relationships and to see them do everything they can to make sure Bentley feels comfortable and safe. If you are looking for an ABA center I highly recommend BASS and the team that they have!

I highly recommend BASS for any family looking for quality ABA services. The staff is kind, professional, and truly care about the kids they work with. They take the time to understand each child’s needs and create goals that help them grow at their own pace. The therapists are patient and build strong relationships with the children. It’s clear that BASS values teamwork, communication, and progress. You can tell they love what they do, and that makes a big difference.

Absolute garbage. My son started speech therapy there recently. After 2 sessions, the speech therapist left. The only one. The speech supervisor said she would normally take over, but she was also leaving. You cannot have confidence in a company when all their employees are leaving. For the employees that were there with the autistic children-they were awful. They were impatient and unkind with these poor children. No one should use this place for therapy of any kind.

We received ABA services from BASS for 5 years until we moved states, from the ages of 5-10 for my son. Losing this service terrified me, but they did amazing things for my son and helped him become the kid he is. They helped him grow, taught us best how to deal with behaviors and handle them, better communicate, move past and adjust to some of the rigidity, etc. They worked with my son at his level and implemented everything in a play format, so it didn’t feel like “work.” Don’t get me wrong, he had his struggles, but they worked through them with him and with us to figure out what worked best for him. Most of our sessions took place in clinic, but when needed, we had home sessions. They also accompanied us to IEP meetings and helped when issues arose at school. They set my gold standard in what to look for in services. They provided us information on community events and services available to the special needs community, as well as information on grants and funding available for other therapies. I can’t say enough good things about BASS as they fundamentally changed our lives for the better.
