So we had services with them for about 8 months, one day the BT didn't show up and I received a text or email saying that she changed her availability and they no longer can be of service to us. So I tried to reach out to everyone on "our team". They ALL didn't even have the decency to answer. I finally texted the scheduling coordinator Crystal i believe and asked what was going on and she simply said she changed her availability and they do not have staff to fill her position. They didn't even offer parent training which was weird. Both Stephanie the Supervisor and Bahama the Clinical Supervisor stopped all contact with me within a day and wouldn't answer my calls. Totally unprofessional snd unfortunate for my daughter qho had to suffer from having services and a BT and then suddenly having people from this profession dodge us. We are now Happpy and with a GREAT company. Do yourself a favor snd do not deal with Bahama or Stephanie forget this company and the services they offer. With our new service we are learning things the right way Bahama has no kids and has her own version of ABA
