CLOSE THE GAP BETWEEN ASSESSMENT AND TREATMENT PLAN Clean office, mostly personable greet staff. My clinician as well, personable but read a script asking me questions, muttered a couple of diagnosis while typing, and asked if I wanted an additional 3 hour assessment with a different practioner. As I inquired about more assessment she told me she was late for her next appointment, which was virtual. Its been 10 days. I thought I would receive a call, email, text with further information. What I initially made the appointment for was not addressed. No follow up guidance at all. Of all the things revealed through the q&a, lack of sleep was one and to her credit, a sleep aid prescription was sent to my pharmacy.
