Everyone is great!
Workers are underpaid, management manipulative, as a client i felt as an inconvenience. I would rather suck it up with my mental issues that to feel 5 times worse and aggressive. I am now seeing red.
Easy enclosure to see looking down at you. On secure area, walls have eyes.
Bay coast behavioral ( Fall River Office) has literally done an outstanding job helping me with my disabled son. Not only are they kind an empathetic but they really help the entire family as a whole. I am glad to have worked with them and continue to work with them. An excellent resource for anyone in need!
The new telehealth monitoring they shipped out really helps. I have had 2 providers there and have always been treated well. I recommend this agency. Been working with them a few years now.
Don't bother trying to talk to someone if you're having side effects with your medication. They wont call you back. The staff is always "on vacation" or "out of the office today."
I put a referral in for my loved one, child over a year ago, they lost it, I sent it in again, they couldn't find it, I sent it in again, I called and was told on wait list, then I called and found out the school had put in a referral last December, still on wait list, but then told being put on wait lists, then I was told to check in every week, I call and the same person can't figure out which wait list my loved on is on, and tells me a referral from school just came in July of this year (2021) and it's the only referral she has. Every time I call it's as if I am calling for the first time. The company has major organization and customer service problems. When I question this I am told, "Do you know how many people call every day". I guess they are to busy for me and most likely for you. Good luck. I am not confident that I should be sending my loved one to them. Be weary.
