The staff at Bay State Physical Therapy in Malden are phenomenal, friendly? and professional. The facility is easy to locate and parking is a breeze. My physical condition has significantly improved with just a few visits.

Whenever I need physical therapy, Alison is always my first call. I’ve seen her on and off since 2009, and every single time, she’s helped me get back to feeling like myself again. Cheery, supportive, empathetic & understanding, also pushing me to do my best. Made great progress where when other PT clinics were too overbooked to see me frequently enough to make real progress. Most recent experience was with Keresa who was wonderful, and the other PTs I've seen in the past here were also great.

I couldn't be happier with the care I got from Anna at Bay State Physical Therapy. Not many people know about pelvic floor PT but it helped me so much. Anna is very discreet about this delicate matter and made me feel heard. She took the time to consult with me to see how my progress was every time I came for therapy. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful as well as the other therapists. I'm starting foot therapy there soon for plantar fasciitis because it was such an awesome experience.
