I've been going here since November for an ankle injury,When you arrive your greeted and your wait time is usually within 5 minutes,I see Annie and Ellie,Both are excellent,As I listen and look around all staff members are caring and give excellent care,Its always clean I would recommend Baystate pt to family and friends

All the stuff do well their job. They work with patience and devotion tor every patient.

The staff at Bay State Physical Therapy in Malden are phenomenal, friendly? and professional. The facility is easy to locate and parking is a breeze. My physical condition has significantly improved with just a few visits.
