A friend has gone through several staff from their agency and has encountered nothing but unprofessionalism - verbally abusive comments, pushing political ideologies, ignoring needs to be on their phones..........and Bayada's managers do nothing.
From what I hear they hate cats and do not allow the people to keep there cats bc they are rude and unprofessional
