Disgusting customer service, no parent help if you need help filling out some of the forms. Very Rude , Unkind, and Very Unpleasant!

My son went here and saw a (Dr.Rieff) that gave him Vyvanse DO NOT GIVE THIS TO YOUR KIDS!!!!! my son ended up twitching, leaving saliva in his mouth"as if he forgot to swallow", constant headaches , saying the world was moving when the car was turned off, shaking, until today he is still twitching and it has been 2 months off of the meds the Dr says it wasn't the meds but what explaination is there when this happened after taking the stupid pill he said it with a straight face and sorry to hear about that but you should consider trying this other medication like are you crazy all I know is I went there looking for help and just messed my son up even more than what he already was next Dr to tell me give him this I'm going to tell them you take it first 😠 they only care about their check not your kid

The reception is wonderful, this place is beautiful and set up perfectly for kids . However the doctor we saw was the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life for my child . Do NOT see Stephen H Contompasis he does NOT listen to parents concerns , He’s self centered and very closed minded . Did NOT listen to one word I had to say about my child and my concerns and shut us out completely then had the audacity to lie in the report saying “mother has no concerns about child’s thinking , speaking , sleeping, Interacting Socially and Behaving” you really think I would have a 1 hr Drive to this place if I HAD NO CONCERNS. He is the worst doctor I will never let him see my child again and I am going to ask insurance to withhold payment he did not do his job . My son struggles everyday and this doctor is not willing to help my child get the services he needs . He lied I told him I had many concerns regarding my child’s thinking , behavior , speaking , interacting socially and behaving. I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED AND ASHAMED OF THIS so called doctor .

So I called just to get some info on what the process is and whoever answered in the Developmental department was incredibly condescending and therefore rude and unprofessional. It was obvious she didn’t want to answer the phone and was just trying to get my off as quickly as possible. It might just be a Springfield thing but I find calling any office for any reason in this city or even dealing with them face to face means you will be treated with disrespect, hostility and condescension. They assume that because you “need” them they have the right to treat you like trash. Calling this office and getting the same treatment just made me more determined to leave Springfield soon if not the entire state
