My daughter is almost 13 with level 3 nonverbal autism and self-injurious behavior. We have had experience at three other clinics and this is by far the best one. The rbts are the most professional group of people I have ever encountered in ABA therapy. It makes a huge difference when people take time to get to know your child and meet them where they are at. So thankful for her team.

They have wasted my time! I filled out all the paperwork and went to long intake with my child. I called and kept checking in on the insurance approval. They got my child mixed up with another child that goes there and submitted it to the wrong insurance. I called my insurance to check on the approval and it never went to my insurance so I had my insurance call and check in. Then i called back a couple days later and still no answer. They said they would call me back the same day and did not. I got an email saying they discontinued my child with no explaination. I sent an email to the owner asking some questions and here we are days later still with no reaponse. I do not recommend this place. My child was so excited to start going here for ABA. It is hard to find a place that will do ABA for children over the age 10. Again, not recommended. Communication is poor and it seems like the office staff or owner do not have it together to even turn the information into the correct insurance company.

Great place to take your kids, didn't regret anything. My kids love it there, and I started seeing improvements in them less them a month.

BC Behavioral was a great place to get behavioral training! The Staff was great and I learned a lot. I highly recommend this training at this facility!

I took a summer class here and the way they work with their clients and the rbt's who handle them were great and very attentive always willing to answer any and all questions you have. 10/10 recommend this facility for all your behavioral needs

This clinic is wonder. The staff is very friendly, and it's clear that their role for their clients is a priority. The training I have received so far has already helped me with my own students, and I see value in the ABA therapy they deliver.

I have absolutely enjoyed the training and visiting with the staff. I feel more confident and comfortable as well as better prepared to help my students when the behaviors arise. It is such a friendly and upbeat environment. Everyone is willing to help and teach me more.
