Been an established patient here for almost a decade now and it's been nothing but positive experiences among the doctors, the nurses and the secretaries I've interacted with over the years. Medication refills, for me, have been consistently quick and without error. I'm more than happy with the treatment I've received here.

Best treatment ever a lot of workers there especially Carl Raphael Marla Brittany Queen Cecilia they left a good Mark on me I don't remember everybody name but everybody treated me good I had to clear my mind from the 80s I feel good but my body is messed up not because of the hospital because the medication I take invite me back and get me up for all this medication and put me on something different and maybe helping me but I feel like I could be on a better medication I want to walk again with medication has stopped me from walking but don't discourage yourself you guys are doing a great job over there in Mishawaka stay up my peoples they all our Kings and Queens over there in my book

My son is severely autistic and was nonverbal for many years. We have now been with Dr Reddy for seven years. He has been EXCEPTIONAL; so has his nurse Crystal. There was a time that Dr Reddy even walked me to my car to keep me safe!! When we have needed refills, paperwork done, or emergency appointments, they have worked it out diligently and precise. I really can't say enough of what they have done for our son's quality of life and thus ours. Unless we move, we won't be going anywhere.

Jennifer Loop-Miller is one rude and mean person! She pushed me away from seeing her when all I did was give constructive feedback that was not insulting at all. She shouldn't be in the practice of mental health if she can't take feedback from her patients, messed up BIG time!!

Adequate. Nurses are rude and incompetent. If you’re going for behavioral health the nurses are NOT helpful. They never have been. Not at memorial. The doctors are good for the most part, make sure you advocate what you need or they’ll try to plow you through on meds

I love my doctor but this office is terrible. I have been trying to get my medicine refilled for 13 days, have spoke to multiple people at the desk. No one is helpful or friendly. All the do is forward my call to a voicemail for a nurse who also.. NEVER calls me back. I have called multiple times a day the last several days trying to get my medicine refilled, after already having to ration it out and take less than prescribed out of fear it won’t be refilled in time. This office does not take your needs or requests seriously. I am upset and defeated at this point. A mental health office I expected so much more from. They don’t care.

Dr Reddy, the check-in staff, the nurses, EVERYONE is so amazing! Thoughtful, punctual, kind, helpful, respectful, and they truly want to help! Dr. Reddy really listens when you talk! He's been such a huge help to my daughter and I'm so grateful our family Dr. referred us to him! This has been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this facility and team! I can't figure out why people are leaving hateful negative reviews, but mental illness can be tough for people to cope with without being nasty to others. Please don't read the reviews and decide against this wonderful team, or you'll be missing out on amazing caring people who will truly help better your life!
