Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
Do not use this company. I am parent of an autistic child who has received ABA in 3 different states and by far this has to be the worst experience I have ever witnessed. They are unprofessional and sloppy. There are only 3 BCBAs covering home visits in addition to 12 clinics! You cannot receive adequate services under these circumstances. We have been receiving “services” for almost a year under beacon of hope and i was informed that no data has been collected or submitted since March! My insurance requests 1 parent training a month… during the entire duration of services I have only spoken to my assigned BCBA once. Not to mention the person assigned to my child was a student a never had anyone overseeing her. My insurance had requested documentations needed to continue services on multiple occasions and beacon of hope did not submit the documentation required. In regards to the Ozark clinic that building is drab depressing and looks like an unkept junk yard. Nothing inviting about it my son went there for a week before I opted back to in home therapy and the providers there never went over a summary of care. Please save yourself your child and your sanity from the fraud this company is committing.
It’s basically babysitting. They make the kids sit and watch tv or play video games while they talk or watch their own children they bring in. Why am I paying for them to bring their kids to my section and watch and feed them and not work with my child.
So, I’ve read these reviews and there is no way they’re real. This place is a joke. They sit kids in front of a tv and that’s it. The playground is something else that’s a hazard for the kids, the bathroom facilities are disappointing and it’s disappointing to see kids in these conditions. I wouldn’t drop my kid off if they paid ME!!
Dear citizens of Ozark if you have autism the ozark police department would appreciate it if you "figured it out" for their convience .. thank you.
Absolutely not.
Shelby and the RBTs at Beacon of Hope have been an amazing help to my grandson. They take one-on-one care for him, give him the social, academic and physical skills he needs for development. By far, BoH has been the best resource for his autism. Shelby has also always been very informative and answers any questions we have. They always let us know specifics of his day and are always super friendly. Shelby is also quickly on top of things when I need help with insurance or have any questions. I can't say enough good things about BoH and the staff. Highly recommend for help with your kiddso's autistic needs.
My son goes to Beacon Of Hope 5 days a week. He absolutely loves it. They completely changed our lives for the best. His RBTs and Ms. Shelby are his Best friends. They are more like a big family than coworkers. They have truly been my support team. They are there for him even after hours if he ever needs anything.
