Since switching to My Chart, the service I have received from the office of ny primary doctor has gone downhill. I’ve had appointments canceled the day of because of in-house scheduling issues, I can no longer request medication refills from the app., I’ve had to call in and spend 20+ minutes waiting on the phone to get refills, which are not being filled as 90 day supplies, so I have to now do it on a monthly basis. Sometimes, I’ve waited over a week and my pharmacy doesn’t even receive them. It’s been really frustrating in the transition and I hope the customer service improves as I used to have excellent service and with the prior app. had easy access to ask questions and request prescriptions refills, etc.

If I could give a zero, I would. I absolutely do NOT (and would not ever) recommend Dr. Diana Dickson-Witmer, head of breast cancer, at Beebe. Her bedside manner with my 80 y/o Mother in Law, who was battling breast cancer, was so terrible we asked for (demanded) another doctor. I'm not questioning her knowledge, but I am fully questioning her ability to care for patients as they should be cared for during one of the most challenging times of their lives.

They don't answer the phones. Today I've been on hold 2 times trying to get through. 1st time for 38 mins, hung up and tried again ... so far about 20 mins holding.

Terrible business and bedside manner. Mackenzie D. Hay was the Doctor for my grandma and he treated her terribly. First of all, he acted like he didn't want to be there at ALL. He then proceeded to question my grandmothers systems and made her feel like she shouldn't have come because her symptoms weren't bad enough for him. He quite literally said to her " are you dying?" Which is extremely disrespectful and invalidated her experience. Turns out she WAS dying of BRAIN CANCER. This business needs to either do some training on bedside manner or hire new employees. Shame on this business for invalidating my grandmothers experience.

The doctor I had is AFSHIN ADILI-KHAMS and if you get him as your doctor, RUN!!! He doesn’t listen to his patients, he doesn’t answer when you ask questions (he avoided them and started talking about something different), he talks over you and leads with how he feels instead of actually listening to what was said from me (THE PATIENT), and he will basically have a conversation with himself and then expect you to be onboard because HE WILL NOT COME AND SEE YOU. It got so bad I had to start recording, wish I could share….

Disappointing experience with the office administration and billing. I called to request a recode of my bill, but when I followed up a week later, nothing had been done no progress, no update, and no apology. It felt like simple requests just get overlooked. On top of that, dealing with billing has been a constant hassle. It seems like many charges are incorrect or misbilled, leading to repeated back and forth with the office and my insurance company to get things straightened out. Every statement brings new surprises and extra phone calls.

Brought my mother for a standard endoscopy procedure and arrival time was 11:45 with 1:00 being the procedure. Was advised at 1:00 that they are running about 2 hours behind. Still sitting here in the waiting room at 6:30 after she just went into surgery according to the screen on the wall. How can you be running 5 hours behind scheduled times? Gross negligence when you have patients fasting to be running that far behind. I would never recommend somebody to use this facility for any reason outside of an extreme emergency. She was also hospitalized here recently and had just as poor of an experience. Go elsewhere if at all possible!
