We’ve been with this daycare for four years, and they’ve been a true blessing for our daughter, who has Rett Syndrome. They’ve shown incredible love, patience, and dedication, even creating a special room and adding custom comforts just for her needs. They went above and beyond by finding an RBT who truly meets our expectations and understands her challenges. It’s rare to find a place that not only accepts but embraces children with complex needs. We are beyond grateful and truly consider them part of our family.

There truly aren’t enough words to express the deep gratitude we feel toward this incredible therapy center. From the very first day I walked into their office, I was scared and overwhelmed, unsure of what the future held for my daughter. But from that moment on, everything began to change—and for the better. Mirel, the clinical manager, met me with kindness, patience, and understanding. She took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense, walked me through the entire clinic, and made sure I understood every step of the ABA process. There was never any confusion—everything was always communicated clearly and professionally. Her knowledge about insurance and what was needed to begin services gave me so much peace of mind during a time I desperately needed it. Throughout our time at the center, Mirel remained my go-to person for everything—insurance questions, scheduling needs, and support. She was always there to help in any way possible, and I will forever be thankful for her dedication. Our lead analyst, Stephanie, became more than just a therapist—she became a trusted friend. She went above and beyond for my daughter in every way imaginable. Every challenge we faced was met with compassion and support. She was always present, offering help from the heart, and genuinely cared about my daughter’s growth and well-being. All of the RBTs who worked with us were professional, caring, and truly exceptional. My daughter learned so much from each of them. But more importantly, she was loved. Every single person treated her as if she were their own. The love and care they showed made all the difference, and it showed—my daughter is a completely different child from when she started. The progress she has made is incredible, and it's because of the dedication, care, and expertise of this entire team. Though I don’t personally know the owners, I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart. The clinic is always clean, organized, and clearly managed with professionalism and passion. They have created a place where children can truly thrive and where families feel supported and seen. Today was my daughter’s last day, and she cried because she didn’t want to leave. We’re heartbroken to say goodbye, but due to our insurance situation, we’re unable to continue. Even so, this place will always hold a very special place in our hearts. We are leaving with so much gratitude and unforgettable memories. If you’re wondering whether ABA is right for your child, look no further. This center is so wonderful. My son loved going to therapy so much. Everyone is so kind and so helpful. Mirel is amazing and always so willing to help, she made the enrollment process so pleasant. Stephanie my sons analyst went out of her way so many times to make sure us as parents were heard and involved and was so amazing to my son. Sasha, my sons RBT is God sent to our family. The way she helped my son Noah, cared for him, advocated for him, helped him learn and better himself in every aspect is something I will carry with me forever. Thank you everyone but most of all thank you Sasha! You are amazing and my son loves you oh so much!

Behavior ACC services is like family to us. Everyone there (staff) from owners, admin to the last RBT & BCBA therapists (including new therapists), are well educated and trained professionals with outgoing personalities, that are experts in the field. We, as parents, don’t hesitate to take their advices. We’ve been blessed with them, and their expertise, knowledge shows in our child’s constant success and independence ! 🙏🏻 💪🏻

Our son has attended for about 3 Years and the whole staff has been Great. His therapist, Kati, is the most professional and loving therapist we could have prayed for. I know she had impacted his and our lives far beyond what words could explain. We feel BLESSED to have met her thru this Great Organization and will be Forever Grateful to HER and the all in this center who have impacted our sons life.

Amazing team and exceptional service! From day one, the staff has been kind, professional, and truly committed to the well-being of the children. Mirelys and Stephanie’s dedication to my child’s therapy sessions and their efforts in providing the best support are evident in every session, providing a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for my child’s development. Communication with us is always excellent, always offering clear and detailed updates on my child’s progress. This is definitely a place that makes a difference in the lives of families!
