We absolutely love BAS! If you’re looking for a special place that’s managed and owned by a local therapist, not a big chain therapy company, BAS is exactly what you want. Mr. Matt, the owner, is a dedicated therapist himself who is hands-on and deeply involved in every aspect of the clinic, and it shows in everything he does. The entire BAS team is incredibly proactive. Mr. Matt and his team ensure that treatment plans are tailored, flexible, and effective, and they are quick to adjust treatment as new behaviors arise before we even have a chance to bring them up. That kind of care is rare and so appreciated. What sets BAS apart more than anything is their microschool. Our son is not only loving it, but he’s also truly thriving. Their personalized academic approach has been a complete game-changer for our son. The teachers, Ms. Tara and Ms. Bella, are incredibly passionate, patient, and supportive. You can tell they are genuinely invested in each child’s success. The seamless collaboration between parents, the therapy team, and the academic team is incredibly rare to find a place where we are fully aligned, working together toward the same goals. That kind of consistency and teamwork has made a huge difference in our son’s progress both academically and behaviorally! Another thing we absolutely love about BAS is how respectful and considerate the BAS team is when it comes to involving parents. They always ask for our permission before doing anything even something as simple as offering our son a slice of pizza! It may seem small, but it speaks volumes about the level of care, communication, and respect they have for families. You’re not just another number here. You’re part of a warm, supportive community that wraps around your child with love, expertise, and hope.

Currently, there is a lack of medical staff, leading to individuals attempting to interpret medical laboratory results without proper training. This practice can result in significant errors and potential legal consequences. For instance, I had my urine sent to the laboratory for verification. Due to dehydration or other factors, my pH screening indicated levels of 9.18, which raised concerns and prompted accusations of tampering with the tests and failing the evaluation. If I were to tamper with the lab results, I would’ve had to use smart water or high alkaline water because toilet water would absolutely not be as basic as the test results would show. So if you logically deduce, the most likely scenario would be that I was just dehydrated or maybe had a UTI. However, the actual results from the laboratory were negative. The laboratory staff lacked the ability to distinguish between accurate and inaccurate interpretations of laboratory work. I have extensive experience working with urologists and interpreting laboratory results, and I can attest to the importance of proper training and expertise in this field.

I have been very pleased with the parent training BAS offers. They are very supportive, and Matt is seasoned professional in his trade. I have been equally happy with their private school. Go BAS!

What is so unfortunate is a place of business that helps children with autism cope and deal with life, changes, crowds anxiety, sensory disorders.. Doesn't seem to understand they need consistency in the routine as well as with their staff and their schedule. They create drama by treating their staff with such disregard, that it's difficult to believe they can provide appropriate therapy for the children. How can you call yourself a behavior analyst when the owners own behavior is inappropriate?

I highly recommend this clinic! As a parent of a child with autism, finding a clinic that will provide the correct care efficiently and efficiently is extremely important. The staff, director, and owner are all wonderful human beings and I am honestly appalled at the comment that reads other wise! Definitely consider this clinic if you are in need!
