A total waste of time — their delays cost my child services My experience with this ABA provider was awful from start to finish. They are completely unorganized, slow, and unhelpful. I provided every required document, including a diagnosis that already stated ABA was medically necessary, yet they kept insisting the wording was not “exact” enough. Instead of assisting or guiding me, they pushed everything back on me and my doctor over and over again. Because of their delays and lack of professionalism, my child is still not receiving the services he needs. Now I have to start all over again: find a new ABA center, contact the doctor again, resend paperwork again, and wait again — all because they couldn’t do their job or communicate properly. This company wasted my time, delayed my child’s care, and caused unnecessary stress. I have never experienced such poor communication and disorganization. The negative reviews on Google are absolutely true — I wish I had seen them sooner. Parents: if you value your time and your child’s progress, go somewhere else!

This company has a huge waiting list. Sent all my docs early 2025 and haven't heard from anyone. Fast forward almost 3 months from my last communication with the POC apparently is no longer with the company. I am told my child is still in a waitlist and ask me again for all required docs like they never received them. Had I never reached out I would've never known to move on. I had great references from this place but I guess not. LACK of communication to the max.
