We are forever grateful for the amazing work that Behavior Frontiers accomplished with our kiddo on the autism spectrum. The behavior therapists/technicians and their supervisors (BCBA) were attentive, caring, supportive, and went above and beyond to help our little one flourish. My only complaint is regarding their scheduling processes. This often became stressful and time consuming. Hopefully these concerns have been addressed since 2021. If you are looking for ABA that is child-centered and will help your child be the best of themselves, not masking, then Behavior Frontiers will be a great fit!
This is BY FAR the WORST ABA center I've ever encountered. I am the parent of an amazing autistic little girl. I began in home service w/ BF only 2 months ago, after their inability to fill a role of an RBT to work with my daughter regularly, they offered temp staff until someone permanent could be hired. This was to last several weeks until I would end services come June. But they have been no shows! Even the temps simply stopped and were not even assigned to work with my girl and no one has said anything. Not one single call from a Manager or the Director. Very unprofessional in my humble! No goodbyes to my little girl they claimed to care about and the one person that did work with her for a short time, she too quit on the company after just starting previous months before. They've not even contacted me to pick up their belongings. SHAMEFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES!
Our family has had a great experience working with Behavior Frontiers for the last several years. They have always been caring and attentive to the special needs of our son. They are flexible with our needs as a family and are collaborative with us, his school, and other therapists in developing a plan that is tailored to him. He has made great strides with their help.
My son has high functioning autism. He received his diagnosis at the age of three. We began with Behavior Froniters at the age of 4 and saw incredible results in his social and emotional behavior. He met all his goals and graduated out of the program. When at age 6 we began to see some more s deficits in communication, emotion recognition and expression, and social interaction I called our doctor and ask specially to use Behavior Frontiers. We are currently work with Behavior Frontiers and have been since 2021. They do such a great job of coming up with goals that work for you and changes you would like to see. They also do an incredible job of monitoring those goals as progression happens. We have seen incredible growth and changes in Everett since working with Behavior Frontiers. He is more socially aware, and has learned how to recognize idiomas and sarcasm. He has gone from needing to be assistance dressing, bathing, and basic self care to now just being told once to go take a shower or brush his teeth and he knows what and how to do it properly. Honestly, without Behavior Frontiers Everett would be so far behind his peers socially, and emotionally I think it would have been difficult for him to make friends. Now people will comment about the fact that they didn't realize he has high functioning autism and I credit that all to the time and attention he has received with his treatment from Behavior Frontiers. I could not recommend a better AB therapy program.
I do not recommend the services of Behavior Frontiers to anyone based on our experience with their therapists, technicians, managers and the billing department. 1. Their technician who visited our kid everyday was not vaccinated but she travelled cross country. That put our kid and other kids around (in daycare) in danger. Once she got symptoms, she or her supervisor didn't notice us properly on time. Their concern was the missing session not our kid's safety. 2. Their techniques are very poor and were not good in receiving feedback from parents. They did no real evaluation but lazily copied content from another older report. They made the whole plan based on that and made a mess. Our kid didn't like their boring activities and they were not innovative or creative to change anything. We provided many opportunities to use familiar toys and activities to be used at therapy. But they continued to use unattractive toys etc. the whole effort was unsuccessful at the end. 3. After every therapy session at home and daycare, kid was exhausted and even teachers at daycare complained about that. Kid was not given enough time for brakes and relaxing activities. Always disturbed while taking snacks which was only time the kid had for herself. Forget the technical details, these people lack common sense. 4. We discussed these issues multiple times, but they were unable to address any of those. We achieved little to no progress. At least they were not able to build a good friendship/familiarity with the kid. Our time was wasted! 5. Once we decided to discharge, we got crazy bills. They billed us even for writing reports which we never received. Once we questioned all these, their management didn't respond us properly. There was no any review about the situation either. 6. Once bills were finalized we paid off them at once. But still we are receiving bills after many months. I believe this institution does more harm than good. They don't hire full time quality technicians either. I believe no one should put their kids in danger with them.
Behavior Frontier has been great to our family. We have been with them for over a year and half. My son has made great strides with them. His therapists and case managers are great. They are kind to my son, to our whole family. They implemente programs that help my son do things on his own. Our son has Autism. I recommend them to anyone with a special needs child.
My son has been receiving ABA services from Behavior Frontiers for few years now and could not believe the improvements... from a two-three words to conversational 7 year old! I like that there is a monthly team meeting to discuss my son’s progress and ask/give input on how to further improve his programs. Everyone is extremely professional from clinical director down to therapist and schedulers. We’ve been lucky to have an awesome team from Day 1 til now! Alisa, Najmia, Mike, Marina, Maria, etc... Thank you all so much for your non-stop care for my son. He wouldn’t be an awesome and happy kid today if not for the early intervention we received from Behavior Frontiers! I highly recommend Behavior Frontiers to anyone looking for ABA services for their kids.
Behavior Frontiers has excellent and very knowledgeable staff. The behavior technicians that work with my daughters are very professional, very passionate about their role to help my daughters succeed. They give me hope my daughters will over come this obstacle. The case manager is wonderful! Keeps me inform of all the programs, how this will benefit my daughters and dedicates her time with them. Thank you Maria! Thank you ladies Ashley, Marisela, Cynthia and Kimberly! I recommend Behavior Frontiers hands down!
Behavior Frontiers is the best ABA Treatment. Especially for autistic children. My daughter is autistic and she used to have horrible breakdowns. Now they are only every once in a while. Her therapists come 5 times a week 2 and a half hours a day. At first I was thinking oh my, I don't know if I can do that many hours. But it worked out great and actually it has helped me be more on track and consistent. She has been working on brushing her teeth by herself, she can now do that. She also has been working on strategies when she is overwhelmed and/or upset. Breathing techniques etc. They are so loving and caring. The person in charge is so awesome. Neela has so many strategies and ideas to help our daughter. I just am so blessed to have found an awesome Behavior Place that really is so respectful, follow the rules and is so helpful too.
I absolutely love Behavior Frontiers. We have been with them for almost 3 years and my son has shown so much improvement. They treat parents with respect and address parent concerns and feedback. They treat the kids with respect and compassion. They have an awesome team!!
