My child was victimized by this company. If you try to seek additional sources to improve your child's progression, the newly hired clinical director Jacqueline kreymer herself will shame you and say you've given up on them instead of encouraging you to give your child the maximum amount of help and support possible. I don't know if this is an indication for how the company is going to be in the future, but this new clinical director does not have the children's best interest in mind. I believe she's more focused on the image of herself and the company rather than helping children. The staff encourages you to use their services for years and years and years. They will gleefully have their young staff babysit and text their friends at your home while their directors blames you for why your child proceeds to adult age and still functions at the level of a 1yo. The lack of attention got so egregious I once walked in on Allison text messaging while my son was vigorously rubbing his penis a few feet next to her. Well this is a form of stimming, it is extremely alarming that their staff members would let this action continue without asking the parent for assistance with the inappropriate situation. You will meet the clinical director one time before they begin assuming they know your child and she will already have a narrative constructed for why they couldn't help your child for years that blames you and obsolves their teenage texting minded staff members. My wife and I trusted this company and they used us for financial gain.

This place is awesome! The staff is not only nice and caring, they are also very professional and efficient. Highly recommended for anyone in need of their services.
