I came from a previous behavior therapy because I wanted a place that was more structured and had more kids for my son to interact with. It was a hard transition at first due to my son’s behavior and the staff trying to get to know him, but it was worth the wait. The owner of the company is very patient, knowledgeable, understanding, and innovative. The staff is so enthusiastic, caring, and empathetic. You can tell that they are in it because they love the field and love the kids. Maria, Damien, Brandon, Joseph, and Suszie are just a few of the people who have showed love towards my son and demonstrated extreme patience. In a world where everyone is not understanding of the behavior of a special needs child, this is one of the places he can go where I feel like he’s not being judged by his behavior. They genuinely understand the child and why they do the things they do. They are data driven and explain things in a way for you to better understand why your child may do something. Just the smallest amount of kindness towards your child goes a long away. I truly love this company what they stand for and what they have done for my child in such a small amount of time. Always communicate your wants and just give it time and you’ll feel right at home.

Did my RBT compensation assessment and background check through Behavior Genius with Mrs.James. She has been extremely helpful and patient with the process and quick with responding to all my many emails throughout a year 1/2 process because of me. Would recommend 100%

I’m so disappointed in this business that I don’t even know if I want to continue with them and we haven’t even started. I had one child that I literally contacted them for back in Fall. It took months for them to respond. We eventually had him assessed. I went on to have three other kids get tested. I have called multiple times. The director hasn’t reviewed the assessment, it hasn’t been submitted to the director or insurance company. No one even answers the phone. In the mean time I do have one child approved but I’m waiting so I can send them all together. Half our summer is over while we’ve been waiting and they don’t even care. I guess it’s time to start the process all over again.

My son goes for social skills here and he loves coming to do all the fun activities they have for that day. He said he has made a lot of friends from the kids that go there as well as the staff. Any concerns I have the staff is very good about getting back to me and addressing them as well as updating me on what is being worked on and how well my son is doing.
