Behavior Genius

Behavior Genius LLC was founded in 2016 by Board Certified Behavior Analyst Portia James. Portia began her journey working with children and adults with special needs in early 2006. Portia has been a dedicated service provider to hundreds of clients across the San Bernardino and Los Angeles counties for more than a decade. She is recognized by her clients, peers, and partners as a sharp and courageous "think-beyond" Behavior Analyst with a practical and passionate approach to teaching, and unequivocal compassion for people. Portia has built meaningful relationships across multiple dimensions of an ever-growing field using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
