If I could do a zero I would. This is one of the doctors ssa uses for evaluations. Not a good place and that is why they use them. The doctor only talk with you for a few minutes and the guy that gives you the test talks about you along with the woman at the front desk. He is also on his phone the whole time you are testing. They are the reason my sister in law got denied ssi and she actually needs it. I see why they really don't have a lot of regular patients.

I had a very unpleasant experience that was less than professional. I went to this clinic for a neurocognitive exam, and there were several opportunities for improvement by the staff and doctor to say the least. First, when I arrived I was told to go to the wrong waiting room upstairs. This resulted in me waiting to be seen for two hours after already driving three hours get to the clinic. The staff apologized for the mistake which was very nice of them considering how long I waited. However, during my exam I was interrupted at least four times while the exam was ongoing. Not only is that unprofessional in regards to privacy, but the exam was very strenuous and added stress and time to the testing. Also, Dr. Lott, whom I was referred to see at the clinic, was only present for a couple minutes by popping his head in while I was testing and introducing himself, asking why I was there, and only replied “that’s very interesting” after hearing of my medical condition before leaving. The entire intaking process and exam itself was performed by staff. When I asked for a copy of my records I was denied access because this exam was for my behalf but requested by SSA. Which is fine, and I understand there are legalities that need to be followed. However, what I’m NOT okay with is the staff member asking me questions about my background and personal life and misrepresenting my answers to her questions. Upon receiving a copy of my exam I am completely appalled by this clinic, and I can’t help but wonder if I was discriminated against because I was there on behalf of a disability claim or if they’re this unprofessional with all their clients. However, either way I would not take the risk with my medical care here if I were you.
