Extremely unprofessional staff office manager included. We’ve had two providers leave with zero notice nobody even notified us. Then I was hung up on told maybe I should go somewhere else after telling them that’s unprofessional on their part. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone

Jennifer Pitts is amazing and I loved having her as my provider, but the actions of the office manager has led me to find someone new for my care. She was rude and very impatient with someone who was having an anxiety attack while being gaslite that it was my fault the office lost my information and wanted me to find it. In the end she found what she was looking for that she lost but not after making me feel horrible on the one month anniversary of my mom dying in front of me. I really wish I could keep seeing Jennifer Pitts but not if I have to deal with what I did last night. She was even rude when responding to an email I thought was going to Jennifer Pitts by telling me she was trying to help me. IT’S YOUR JOB TO DO WHAT WAS ASKED BY MY INSURANCE COMPANY. That’s not doing me a favor or helping, that’s doing your job. I PAY YOU! If the insurance company reaches out for information about a patient that is your job to respond… That’s not doing me a favor! I just can’t believe a behavioral health clinic office manager doesn’t care about the mental health of their patients! I will not be returning. -Porscha

I was definitely broken and not sure if I was even hopeful at the beginning but 3 years later, I feel like I have a new outlook on life!! I have so much joy and happiness that I couldn’t find before. My family relationships have strengthened along with work. So thankful for Elaine and everyone else here. They are all sweet and eager to help you. I highly recommend!!
