I’m heartbroken by the things I witnessed working in this clinic. My heart breaks as a parent to know that these children are being treated the way that I witnessed and are not able to go home and tell their parent. When I brought every problem up that I witnessed before exiting my position in this company, I was informed by previous coworkers after I left that nothing has been done about everything I brought up. It’s a shame. On top of that, the amount of favoritism that is showed toward certain employees within the company and not towards others is completely unprofessional. I don’t support this company and I don’t support their morals that they don’t abide by. Also, for future employees, read the handbook THOROUGHLY. They pick and choose what they want to follow.

I love this company! They are not perfect but they really listen to their employees and try to give them what they ask for. They keep the staff in mind when making decisions. The leadership teams does what they can to make their employees happy while still staying within the confines of their policies which are actually more lenient than similar companies in the area. They put their clients first and ensure they well taken care of. Overall I would highly recommend BIS to anyone looking in the direct care field!
