My son was referred for ABA services, an intake was conducted and they never followed up after promising to start services immediately. I’m home behavioral services ended because the insurance company doesn’t pay cover both services. I pleaded with the owner to please help as my kid was having a hard time . He texted and promised to phone me the next day and never did. A couple months later I received a letter to attend the agencies Christmas party and cried and beg the owner to please follow through with services as promised during the intake. Services started and it was quite the experience. My son had approximately 6 workers and so it was difficult because of the high turnover rate. The owner and secretary are rude. Scheduling was a nightmare. They scheduled an employee for training without a Supervisor and an employee opened the door to my home and let another worker who wasn’t scheduled to visit in. Also They failed to follow Covid restrictions and adhere to CDC guidelines putting me and my family at risk. The last straw was when someone in the company downloaded a app and impersonated me. They reported my severely autistic child was sick with Covid and cancelled services. The owner and his wife ( Clinical Director) in turn cancelled services for my son because I complained and requested they investigate the allegations. They in turn assigned my kid an employee who clearly wasn’t a good fit for my son. I requested another worker and they later sent me his file and cancelled services. I don’t know how this company is still in business. I pray they learn from their mistakes because it takes a lot for a parent to ask for help and the last thing we need are lying judgemental employees who lie to get themselves out of work.
Horrible experience with this company. Therapist didn’t do her job, was very rude and not friendly at all, should not have been working with kids. Would just sit there and gossip with co worker, and got nasty glares, not professional.
