Absolute joke trying to get an appointment here. Have tried multiple times for months and every time I'm able to call in they claim they are not able to schedule an appointment because they don't have the referral information in front of them. They then say they will call back and either don't or call when I'm working and leave a message to call back again. I've even told them to just call me back and tell me when to come, but they claim to have to do a Skype call or some BS before they can do that. Absolute worst patient services I have ever experienced.
They are so kind, caring and empathetic. They take care of my needs by listening and caring! Will recommend to anyone. Jenny is amazing !
They seem very nice at first but when I tried to explain myself to them they were very short and rude. I don't trust their employees. I gave it one star because the beginning of the process for an autism diagnosis was in depth. Otherwise it didn't do me any justice.
My therapist was wonderful she listened and was very understanding
Went for a year and no coping skills help and refused to fill out papers to help me get disability. Were incompetent and rude with my son and just wanted to have me there so they would get paid. The only plus I can say is the med nurse is wonderful and deserves a better environment.
Grateful for Behavioral Health Services for their kind and efficient services. Jennifer listened to my concerns without judgment and was able to help me get the care I needed in a timely fashion.
Never answer the phone
I took my daughter for her first appointment today and after reading these reviews I was a little apprehensive. However, the front desk was nice and friendly to us and the lady who did our evaluation (Donna) was very polite. She gave me the time to talk and tell her all my concerns…I never once felt rushed and most importantly I felt heard. There’s still an appointment or two before we see if my girl gets a diagnosis but I’m glad we were referred here
We were 3 mins over their 15min policy of not taking you when you are late. Considering it's therapy and people actually have real anxiety and depression and are in desperate need of help seems pretty pathetic to turn someone down. Should we walk out and go to oaklawns walk in clinic when we have a scheduled appt with out therapist. The manager of this place should be ashamed of themselves turning people away that need help! As a nurse I see now why people can't get the outpatient help they need.
