My experience with this company has been notably disappointing due to several persistent issues that reflect a pervasive lack of professionalism. Throughout my interactions, I observed poor management practices, inconsistent communication, and an overall disregard for ethical standards. These concerns were evident not only in the company’s operations but also in the behavior of certain employees toward clients and partners. Communication was frequently unclear, delayed, or entirely absent, creating significant challenges when attempting to resolve even simple matters. In addition, there appeared to be a lack of patience and professionalism when engaging with clients, often resulting in interactions that felt dismissive or improperly handled. The company also demonstrated a pattern of not upholding agreed-upon commitments, particularly regarding payments and contractual obligations, which contributed to further frustration and unnecessary complications. Most concerning was the impression that the organization prioritized its own interests over the well-being or fair treatment of others. Some individuals seemed to rely heavily on their titles or positions, exhibiting an unwarranted sense of entitlement in their communication style. This often led to conversations that felt disrespectful and unproductive. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to others seeking reliable, professional, and ethically grounded service. Significant improvements in management practices, communication, and client relations would be required before I could consider changing this assessment.
