My son was a consumer for about a year and a half. He loved his therapist and his lead, almost a year into his services, his therapist left the company and he got a new therapist but had the same lead. 4 days a week 2 hours a day after school we had session 12 -2 pm. On January 2nd his lead and therapist told me they had to stop sessions immediately because my insurance canceled. Here's the problem..they told me this 40 minutes before his session. My son has Autism, changes in routine or plans that we have greatly affect him and everyone around him. He thrives in a controlled scheduled environment. I think they should have had an administrator call me and ask me if my insurance changed or possibly asked me if I can pay cash for his session until everything was figured out. But they didn't. They abruptly canceled sessions indefinitely 40 minutes before session. I felt this was very unprofessional and inconsiderate of my child's needs, so way to go!!! Also during my sons time as a consumer, the lead often asked me to sign for days she wasn't there. She even tried to out smart me one time by having me sign her phone, then saying her internet wasn't working and had me sign another phone, which I looked at the dates afterwards and they were different days and days she was not there. So be careful. This company only has THIER BEST INTEREST IN MIND, NOT YOU OR YOUR CHILDS. Needless to say I still have my same insurance. (Which was never changed) and now I have to look for a new provider , which has greatly affected my son as well.

Ther is a therapist name mario leon which is flirting whit the patients mothers and Larry doest pay attention on that.

We LOVE BAT. My son has been getting ABA Therapy from BAT for over 7 years. The therapist & Leads are always well trained and professional. They come to our home prepared with a bag or two of toys, equipment, games and goodies. They educate parents in the latest ABA techniques and provide quarterly reports of my child's progress. I constantly send Parent referrals to BAT because they are the best. I highly recommend BAT! 💕
