This company's dishonesty astounds me. BCI Taunton has received not only 1 review, but 1 FIVE star review since it's grand opening in December 2023. What that raving reviewer fails to mention is that they are the clinical director of BCI Taunton. Due to BCI's utter failure to represent themselves accurately and honestly, as well as conduct themselves with integrity, it is my personal duty to use my power as a Google reviewer to lower their score to a rating they are halfway closer to being worthy of.
My experience at BCI was wonderful. They helped my son a lot, and he improved in many ways. My son loves going to the center, he really likes his tutors, and he was treated very well with all the respect, patience, and affection he needed. I am also grateful for all the meetings we had to discuss my son's progress. You are all very responsible and wonderful at what you do. I can only express my gratitude. Thank you, BCI.
BCI Worcester is a great location they take their jobs seriously here thanks! Healthcare field is hard! They are still my favorite company most professional healthcare company for kids and young adults with Autism and other types of disabilities. They really know a lot about growth and independence and confidentiality.
Best decision I’ve made for my child he been there less than a year and has made so much progress. My son hasn’t not have a tantrum in months he been able to express his feelings more and his social skills have been so much better I’m able to take him out to new places to explore and he able to adjust well.
I am deeply concerned about the ongoing inconsistencies and lack of reliability in the services provided by BCI. While the organization states that it can offer support in the community, home, or school, my experience has been quite different. The turnover rate is alarmingly high, and it appears that hiring standards are minimal, with little emphasis on long-term commitment or the qualifications necessary to truly meet client needs. It is extremely discouraging when the services discussed and promised during the initial intake process cannot be delivered as outlined. Families who rely on these programs—particularly those with children who require consistent support and routine—are left dealing with repeated disruptions in care. These breaks in treatment not only interrupt progress but also place unnecessary stress on the child, who is then left without the critical support of a Behavior Technician (BT). Even more concerning is the practice of removing staff with no notice and no replacement plan in place. This lack of continuity and preparation directly undermines the well-being of the very population BCI is meant to serve. The result is that the focus shifts away from client needs and toward staffing issues, leaving families feeling misled and unsupported
My son goes here and he’s learning n doing so Good
The most unorganized center for aba . Your child's stuff will go missing for days and won't be returned , been with this location for only 5 weeks and my son has been coming home with just about everything missing . Sippy cups , sweater and now 2 brand new packs of wipes in less then a week just disappeared. This location is a joke . Questioning everything now
This is a nice place the people that work with my kids are very helpful & nice with them & with me too. Right now I only have 1 person work with my son when is should be 2 that the only problem this place have. There is not enough staff to work with your kids under 3 years old or above that age, they need more people in this places. The Amount of time that you have to wait for a staff to be available to work when your kid is beyond concerning because it is taken literally like five months for somebody to be available to work on my kid that is 33 months right now. If they fix is problem this place would be very good.
Over two years ago our son was diagnosed with Autism . At first it was hard to figure what was the next step but we were able to find an amazing center BCI that I recommend 💯 percent. Everyday they make sure that they work on his individual needs, constantly help with new challenges and most importantly they care about him so much! Having a team like his BT (Alayna & Daniel ) and BCBA (Kayla) who understand him and are working daily with us to help is something that I am so thankful for. They have been with us through the good and challenging days. I’m so proud of how far he has come, of everything that he has and continues to learn.
