My son was falsely diagnosed by this provider, it turns out he had apraxia of speech. Never was ASD despite this provider being so certain, when asked questions I was met with gaslighting and deflection similar to the way in which they respond to reviews. It was a very unfortunate experience :(
This clinic continues to DODGE the most serious concern being raised by multiple families: Why is ELIANA PUERTA — a finance employee — communicating diagnoses, treatment plans, and psychological information to parents as if she were a licensed clinician? Instead of answering this directly, the owner hides behind vague statements about “clinical integrity” while never once acknowledging Eliana’s role or credentials. That silence is not accidental. Let’s be very clear: • A finance director is not licensed to discuss psychological evaluations. • A finance director is not authorized to interpret diagnoses. • A finance director is not permitted to be the primary point of contact for clinical matters. Yet that is exactly what happened. When families questioned this obvious violation, the response was hostility, deflection, and retaliation — including removal from services instead of transparency. Now, instead of addressing the misconduct, the clinic falsely claims “aliases” and “harassment” to discredit legitimate patients. That behavior alone demonstrates guilt, not integrity. If this clinic truly operates ethically, the answer should be simple: What are Eliana Puerta’s clinical credentials — yes or no? Until that question is answered in WRITING, parents proceed with caution at this provider.
I personally don’t feel comfortable working with a facility with non clinical licensed staff communicating sensitive information. Such as similar reviews, my main person of contact was Eliana Puerta. A Finance Director should never be the point of contact for sensitive clinical matters. Due to that, I cannot accurately positively recommend this provider.
GET A SECOND OPINION! Do not rely solely on BES’s opinion. Get MULTIPLE professional evaluations! ******** BES is super shady and really unprofessional. Having an evaluating psychologist also be the president of the clinic, especially if they and one other person (Eliana the Finance Director) are the ONLY management, is a big red flag for conflicts of interest and lack of proper oversight. Usually, clinics should have separate roles for clinical evaluation and administrative management to avoid bias and ensure accountability. Mixing those roles can lead to rushed diagnoses, poor patient care, and questionable business practices. Of course they’re gonna diagnose your child, and bill your health insurance a pre authorization immediately. They are milking commercial insurances. Beware.
If you only want compliant families who never ask questions, just say that. The moment I started asking for clarification about my daughter’s evaluation and treatment plan, the tone from BES completely changed. Instead of transparency, I was met with hostility, delays, and ultimately my child being waitlisted with no explanation. What concerns me most is that a non-credentialed finance director — Eliana Puerta — is the one communicating clinical information and responding to parents as if she is licensed to do so. This is not only unethical, it is inappropriate and confusing for families who expect to receive guidance from actual qualified clinicians. If BES chooses to respond to this review (as they always do), my first question is simple: 👉 Why is a non-credentialed finance employee acting as the primary point of contact for clinical matters? 👉 What are Eliana Puerta’s credentials to discuss diagnoses, therapy plans, or psychological criteria with parents? Families deserve professionalism, consistency, and communication from licensed providers — not finance staff operating outside their role. Until those concerns are addressed, I cannot recommend this clinic in good faith.
Really professional and caring therapists who have helped our family immensely—highly recommend!
My son has been attending BES and has shown a lot of progress since he’s started. The staff are amazing and have helped me and my son so much! They make sure to give your child the best care and to meet their needs. My son also doesn’t like going many places but he loves it here and has built good connections with the staff !
A Life-Changing Experience – Highly Recommend! My son has been receiving services from Behavioral and Educational Solutions for a little over a year now, and the progress he has made is nothing short of amazing. When we first started, I honestly didn’t think he would ever speak — that was my main goal. Now, not only does he talk, but he also asks for what he wants! That alone is something I never thought I would see. From the very beginning, the providers have been incredible. His first provider, Hervans, was so patient and skilled — he helped my son learn how to follow directions and engage more. Then he began working with two wonderful female providers, Francia and Zujeyd. The growth we’ve seen with them has been unbelievable. As a parent, it’s been such a joy and surprise to watch my son begin to communicate more and more. I also want to recognize the BCBA supervisor, Yujue. She is incredibly consistent and supportive, always checking in and staying on top of everything related to my son’s progress. You can really tell she cares and takes her role seriously. Currently, my son is 5 years old and has been working on potty training. It’s only been two weeks, and the changes we’re seeing already are incredible! Overall, I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. The team is amazing, the progress is real, and the care is genuine. I highly recommend Behavioral and Educational Solutions to any parent who wants to see real growth and transformation in their child. — A grateful parent
