Our Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT), Supervisors, Clinical Directors, and Chief Clinical Officer meet every week to discuss YOUR child's care because they have a trusted relationship with YOUR family. Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Your BCBA Supervisor is on a team with a Clinical Director and Chief Clinical Officer to ensure each family has at least three BCBAs reviewing outcomes, conducting research, and collaborating on treatment to ensure the highest potential for progress. As a policy, they also stay up-to-date by attending key conferences, utilizing peer-reviewed research, reviewing ABA journals and collaborating with other experts in the field. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) You'll see our RBTs each and every day it's their tireless work that provides the intense ABA therapy in your home or at our clinic. Always under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, our RBTs are extensively trained, even throughout your child's treatment, by a seasoned BCBA. Multi-Lingual Is Multi-Beneficial. It's important that all family members participate in your child's treatment to make that easier, we employ Spanish- and English-speaking RBTs, BCBAs, and administrative staff. We also offer translation services for over 240 other languages. No Contractors You'll Always Work With A Behavioral Framework Therapist. As a policy, our Registered Behavioral Technicians are hired from within we prefer to train our people based on our own proven methods and treatments. We don't use outside contractors because we believe that investing in our own people is best for our clients.
