My opinion on this place is that they have no experienced technicians all they seem to have is young people who have no idea what they are doing and only have very minimal training. Upper management seems to read from a script and don't give any solution to problems. After a year plus of trying to get therapy for my son. . 5 different techs I finally realized that this business is just billing insurance not actually helping children

Worst management, worst BCBAs, even worse RBTs, don't waste ur time . They are only concerned about money .
Company seems like an assembly line of therapy. Cranking out billable hours. They have some savy employees but none of them will be helping your child. Anyone who is actually certified is back office. The people they send to your house have little to no relevant schooling or experience. Very odd that a hundred good reviews all come from employees who were recently trained. Every review from an actual client is bad.
Great experience very engaging and interactive. This style of orientation gave me great insight on how a typical day would be in the field. This assisted me with being more confident in the field with my upcoming clients. Andres, Tim, and Jalynn were very helpful and nice! Great job
I wanted to write this review because Matthew was incredibly helpful very patient. He explained everything to me. I felt really comfortable with talking about my child with him. He was very respectful in my home. I also wanted to give Gloria the person who contacted me and did the paperwork for me. A five star as well. She was amazing very helpful and she got back to me on time.
Upon arrival to orientation, the staff are very professional and nice. We received T-shirt's, a swag bag and lunch. Brittany is an awesome instructor and trainer. She went through every slide and answered any questions we had. Best part of the day was LUNCH. Thank you for lunch and Thank you for the opportunity to work with such an amazing company.
The staff here made my orientation day very easy, they were able to reassure me when i left something important, and they are understanding and very easy to talk to. Throughout the orientation they acted out scenarios for people who are visual learners (like myself) which made it easier to understand. They walked us through team exercises and guided use when we had questions. Overall 10/10 experience 💕
