Completely useless

This place is a joke.

Finding it very hard to get a hold of the doctors. They never call back. It seems like they don't get the messages that I need to speak with them, making refills difficult.

Had nothing but issues with BHN since starting to see them, waited over 2 weeks for an appointment with my therapist for her to no show.. asked for immediate help and the only thing I was offered was an appointment with a psychiatrist 3 weeks out. They do not care about their patients mental health or well-being, don’t waste your time being seen here.

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff here! I have seen many therapists in the past due to my depression, etc but, the therapist I have there actually takes the time to listen and gives me great advice and other ways of coping.

Do NOT get on this methadone clinic. Using heroin was a bad choice. Getting on methadone was the worst choice I made in my life. No clinic is better or worse than the other; they all have their own problems and share many. In essence, it's a state-run drug operation. The street dealers were nicer than the nurses who look down at patients like we're all less than. Methadone is the way to a life-long addiction that will have you wishing you could go back and kick whatever was in those bags because methadone withdrawal is no joke. PS....with cuts to the health care industry think wisely about what you plan to do.
