My son is very pleased with the front staff on how pleasant they were with him. They helped him get seen as soon as possible and got his BH assessment in a very timely manner.
I have been having issues with random bone tumors and during this time I have wasted 2 visits with doctors, had to deal with a staff that is not helpful and waited months for referrals to be sent out. Marcia was one of the people I spoke to about this and as I tried to explain the situation she kept interrupting me, laughing at me and could not get my name right and kept saying "Well its the end of the day." As if to make excuses to not help me?? Don't answer the phone if you don't have to help people 40 minutes before closing! I was patient for awhile before snapping and she apologized and said she was having a bad day. Lady every person you talk to is having a bad day. We are sick and want answers and when we feel our time and money is being wasted laughing at us and refusing to let us speak when you're asking us to explain a situation to you doesn't help the situation. Very unprofessional place. The only people that have treated me with respect work in the dental office. Good luck if this place is your only option.
They constantly give me the run around with my medications and appointments. I have had 4 appointments in a row cancelled on me and than ignore my pharmacy on my refills. Missing one day of my medicine throws off my whole mental state and it feels like they do not care. Also last medical appointment the provider was reading someone else's chart to me and argued that I had surgeries on my liver when I didn't. My livers just fine. Update ** they made me cold turkey my meds after I told them I was suicidal and depressed bbecause they kept cancelling on me!! I'm done with this place.
