The best counseling place ever. I got help at BHS and they got me with Peak Wellness in Cheyenne and I'm a success with my mental illness, thanks to both facilities. They helped me to understand every aspect of myself. I would highly recommend them for all your mental health issues.

Not a good place for help. Everything is a hassle. You call these people and they never pick up the phones. You leave them a voicemail they call you back days later or sometimes not at all. And when they pick up the phone they are in a bad mood A so called woman named ALMA is one of them. Very disappointing. Mental health support services is hot when it comes to this place and Farm workers .

If I could Gove half a star I would. Dr.Grove is an immature women & is obviously new at this. Just today she violated my HIPPA rights. She looked at an apt I had with behavioral health person. Ya know where you think everything you say is confidential! Well ots not at this office!!! Dr. Grove flat out refused to manage all my mediation, refused to aid in funding me a precipitation that'll work for my needs. She does not hold up the oath she took & should change her ways.

I received excellent care from the team at outpatient behavioral services when I needed it the most and continued journey with my mental health. Dr. Jie Chen is fantastic and she saved and improved my quality of life.

The front desk is very rude and condescending. They need to have better trained professionals working in behavioral Health. They will push you over the edge if calling for help.

EDITED: I think they hired more staff or something, because since I wrote this they've really gotten way better at answering the phone! They added hold and voila, that fixed it. Now just a minute or two of hold and I'm speaking to a real person. Really happy they updated! They take medicaid, which basically no other medicating psychiatrist in the state does, but it is completely impossible to get ahold of them on the phone. Every time I call during business hours I get a busy tone or a message stating the office is closed. I have no idea if they simply do not have hold/call waiting at this location or the staff just don't feel like taking the calls, but it's a serious problem.

As someone who works at this hospital and spoke very highly of it, I am incredibly disappointed with the treatment my husband received. Not only his treatment, but the treatment of us, his family. If you or your loved one needs help, support, or answers, please look elsewhere. I am incredibly ashamed that my work place has incredibly poor patient care when it comes to mental health and behavioral health patients. I seriously and genuinely hope they can improve their actions and techniques, as my husband was sent home without any treatment, help or support. We are back at square one.

I felt so much better after my session with Dr R. I start a new session with Tim on Tuesday. Thank you for everything, Dr R!

Dr R is great! She listens to me and answers my questions. Also, nurse Naomi is kind and helpful.
