They treated me so poorly as a client I would give this zero stars. One of the counselors began slandering me to other counselors and they would continue to have to assign new ones because they keep having people leave the company. The manager Shawn ended up discharging me without documentation. They’re committing Medicaid fraud.
Save your sanity. Avoid this place at all costs! Facing homelessness and eviction with my child and got NO SUPPORT! They have put ZERO EFFORT in helping us find resources. They don't even return calls. No wonder they have such a high turn over rate! Place should be shut down.
This company has been great from the beginning. Eric worked very fast to get my son enrolled in the program and got him evaluated right away. Melissa and Tevin have been wonderful, Tevin being the therapist and he has built a good relationship with my son. I feel hopeful about the future going forward with this program and watching my son succeed.
I would give 10 stars if it was possible! Finding and bringing their service into our home has changed our lives. My daughter is blossoming more everyday. She is reaching milestones I thought weren't possible. I am so very grateful for them. 💜💜 We love her therapist Taylor and all she has done.
