I went to this office a few years ago and was treated by Kay Colvin-Guthrie, and have been struggling with the experience since I was unable to officially report her for her mistreatment when it happened. Her abilities as a professional mediator and to diffuse hostile situations were lacking, as she refused to do either. She had an extreme bias toward my parent (who was the reason I needed therapy in the first place) and would side with them consistently. She also actively encouraged my parent's hostile behavior toward me and my partner. She ignored ethics by taking me as a patient despite already having my parents as patients and being aware that I was in therapy to address issues regarding them (creating a conflict of interest). She also provided outdated and unprofessional advice, exasperating issues that she had complete knowledge of. That I'm aware of, she had no remorse for any of this or how it affected me.

Dr. Guthrie and her team were amazing while helping me get diagnosed and treatment. Very transparent and comforting.

I don’t understand the lack of transparency, the office hours for Tuesday say on the website 5pm. I call at 3:30 to get back with about some very important results to avail.
