I noticed that many negative reviews are several years old. I have been going to this office for just over a year, and I have not encountered any issues. Office staff have been very professional and courteous. Dr Ron has been a great help.

Dr. Ron Lybarger is amazing and we’re so thankful he came into our lives at a time that we were desperate for help. He has seen several members of our family, including myself, and continues ongoing treatment when things get challenging and we need assistance in “reframing”. Don’t hesitate to check him out!

Had our son evaluated for a couple diagnoses (will not state here to protect health information) back in Dec 2022. The clinician came back saying he had said diagnoses. The short story is that after finding out, we weren't given many resources and guidance for management and treatment, and pretty much left in the dark. In addition, the treatment recommendations she offered were not according to industry standards (IE: AAP). I had to go and research for myself of what is actually recommended for those diagnoses and did the AAP recommendations instead. In addition, the clinician was not free to provide therapy treatment, which is fine, but said she'd give us one of her colleagues information who was available to provide therapy treatment. In the end she never did. Overall just poor communication and follow up, especially after receiving a life-changing diagnosis. Office staff also was not good with communication. We were told we had to pay a $500 deposit for the evaluation and would receive that back once the insurance paid them. However, they didn't state that we'd only get back what the insurance did cover. So we only got back 193$ (we had met our deductible for the year). Basically they charge you their full rate and only discount the insurance accepted amount. Be careful when reading reviews from unhealed people unhappy with themselves and ready to project their own disappointment onto others. As for my experience here, I went in for diagnostic evaluation, and Dr Sherman was nothing short of amazing. She was easy to talk to. Patient. Wanted to make sure I understood what I needed to do. I highly recommend her. The front desk staff was courteous, but nothing out of the ordinary there. They were able to get me in quickly and have results for me within a month of starting the process of evaluating.
