My Councilor of 9 months told me she’s done on October 12th after 9 months of trusting her she moves on . Yesterday I got a letter from my psychiatrist I had just started seeing and he also is getting done. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE THAT CANT KEEP STAFF because this is on the management. Up yours all of you!
I have had both very helpful and very disappointing experiences at BHWC. It strikes me now as extremely ironic for the recorded message to send me to my Patient Portal when the whole Lamoille Health Partners system was hacked and all our personal data and medical history is on sale to the highest bidder in public. No more. Paper records all the way! That said, Susan Geer is an excellent therapist; she is the best of what can happen in a positive and healing therapeutic relationship. Anyone who can get in to see her shares my luck.
Helpful staff on the phone that walked me through setting up first appointment. They also helped me navigate the telehealth app. Provider I was assigned has been helpful, explains the process, and treats the person as a whole being and not just another number.
