My brother has his ssi payee and a case manager there. They have no care for him and his wellbeing. He goes 2x a week to get $30 each time and is homeless we have called multiple times to get him housing. Multiple calls and messages daily with no call back. When I say daily I mean DAILY, case manager and his payee. This has been going on for months. What’s it going to take for them to do something? Wait until he freezes to death and dies because they are “too busy”? This place is a joke
I reached out to them during one of the hardest times in my life back in February and they’ve helped me more than any other mental health treatment center has. I used to do counseling here but I never really clicked with them, but I still today see medical often. Emily is the NP I see and she’s single handedly one of the greatest professionals I’ve ever had work with me. Truely the first time in my life I’ve ever truly felt like a psychiatric professional has genuinely cared about me. Literally any question or concern I have I know I can always call in and ask and they get back to me as soon as possible. I have and will continue to recommend to people this place 100% of the time.

Sydney larhe is great and Tara Perez is amazing the nurses give me my shots and medicine without issue.
Horrible follow up. My grandson comes here and was signed a case mgr. The lack of communication and follow through on getting him into a behavior facility is beyond a joke. There has to be a better place to get mental health help in Licking County.
If medicine is something you need or need help with, this is a good place for that and the nurses are great... However...I've tried many councilors there off and on and that whole part is a joke. None of them know what they are doing and I dare to ask how much schooling you have to have to become a councilor here. As stupid and silly as it sounds, I'm probably more qualified to be one than they are...and you probably are too! I feel for you if you wanna talk to someone here and thank they can help. Stay strong. Not much help comes from this place.
