I was seeing Sherrie Urena for quite some time and had a bad experience. For one thing, I am pretty sure she double books appointments which would explain how ridiculously late she always was. She is not professional. Pretty petty. I think she brings her personal life into work and that impacts how she treats her patients. Also, her care just goes to show that sometimes a doctorate doesn't mean anything if you can't do your job :) good luck getting someone on the phone.

My experience with my psych has been above and beyond in every aspect of the word. She truly listens and shows that she cares about how you feel and whether the meds are working or not. If the meds aren’t working she continues working with you til she finds which meds are helping your mental health. I would recommend her to people that are at the end and giving up because she may be the one to help you get to where you want to be emotionally.

I have been a patient for about 6 months now. I see HADE DABBAGH and he is great to work with. He actually listens and makes me feel comfortable. I don’t feel awkward or judged at all. Easy appointment options. Sometimes in person and sometimes via Telehealth which is convenient for me. I’ve never had an issue with getting an appointment or waiting.

Since becoming a patient Abdul has stood out, my first appointment he provided a warm welcome and did so with each patient who entered. He has since demonstrated on more than one occasion the worth he provides as a manager and leader at BHS. Today was a great example, on a holiday eve he communicates to me he successfully had my refill sent in. This was two minutes before closing time, that speaks volumes to the humanity he brings. Abdul is always kind and never rushes you out or over promises. He is a true asset to BHS and has been impactful on my experience as a patient.

Multiple times these people have neglected to fill my meds before they run out. Good luck getting someone on the phone.

Zero Stars. I have had the actual prescriber/ Doctor be running so late, they just don’t show up. They have never run on time. Even if you are the first appointment of the day. I reached out 4 times this week alone about an error they made on my medication refill. I have not heard back. This place is detrimental to their patients wellbeing. Seek another healthcare provider.

Tried to call to schedule an appointment with my provider. The first try, I was ignored for two minutes as someone was coughing and watching TV in the background. The second try, I was hung up on. If you're gonna use a call center to answer your phones for you, pick a good one. Not to mention my psychiatrist's condescending and rushed tone during my appointments. Dismissive of concerns, not understanding.

Abdul is a very good worker. He gets things done when you ask him. He is an amazing manager to that building. I give abdul over a 10 stars rating…
