Zero Stars. I have had the actual prescriber/ Doctor be running so late, they just don’t show up. They have never run on time. Even if you are the first appointment of the day. I reached out 4 times this week alone about an error they made on my medication refill. I have not heard back. This place is detrimental to their patients wellbeing. Seek another healthcare provider.

Tried to call to schedule an appointment with my provider. The first try, I was ignored for two minutes as someone was coughing and watching TV in the background. The second try, I was hung up on. If you're gonna use a call center to answer your phones for you, pick a good one. Not to mention my psychiatrist's condescending and rushed tone during my appointments. Dismissive of concerns, not understanding.

Abdul is a very good worker. He gets things done when you ask him. He is an amazing manager to that building. I give abdul over a 10 stars rating…

Kimberly Abdow is the best!

I had been seeing Sherrie Urena for almost a year, and the experience was really frustrating. She was late to every single appointment (usually by 30–45 minutes) and never once apologized or acknowledged it. Sherrie even once no-showed without any forewarning or follow up. She often interrupted me, never seemed to respect my time, and her bedside manner was very poor. On top of that, she was basically impossible to get in touch with. She never responded to any of my emails, and after a while I just gave up trying to reach her because it felt pointless. Even the office itself is difficult to deal with… you can never actually get a real person on the phone. She also did a very poor job informing me about medication interactions in the past, which made me feel even more dissatisfied with her care (I had to find out about the side effects the hard way or someone else would tell me). The only reason I stayed as long as I did was because the appointments themselves were super short (just a couple of minutes..which worked with my schedule considering she was always so late) But overall, I was very unhappy with the care I received. At the end of the day, I’m a person too, not just a patient, and I never felt like that was acknowledged.

I have been fortunate to have Dr. B as my psychiatrist for over 10 years. His expertise and unwavering support have been instrumental in managing my mental health. He is consistently responsive when challenges arise and is quick to explore solutions that enhance my quality of life. the staff at BHS to be, exceptionally kind, supportive, and compassionate. Their care has made a meaningful difference in my experience. I have recommended BHS to several individuals, as I truly believe it takes a special kind of person to do the work they do. While no system is perfect, the dedication shown by the team is commendable. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Dr. B, and Abdul, the office manager, who is always available to assist with complex situations and treats clients with great care and respect.
