If you care about your child's mental, physical, and overall wellbeing I would not recommend this clinic at all.

My son has been in this establishment for almost 2 or 3 years now and I’ve seen a tremendous amount of improvement in him. He’s more attentive than he was and he tries new things ( sometimes) he loves to go ( when he has his favorite person lol) but overall, this place has truly been a blessing. From the ladies at the front to the therapist to Emily. I couldn’t have asked for a better community for my Kade! Thank you.

They are great! My son loves going here. They make it you feel good and secure. The communication is amazing! They update and let you know everything going on with your child. I love this experience for my child he’s showing good progress! 10/10. He loves Cassie , Nikki, Nona & Mrs.Ki ❤️

My son has been going to behavioral interventions for a little over a month, and so far we love it. All the staff seems friendly and kind. My son has learned new skills, and hitting goals great. I love getting all the art work he does and hearing about his day from him. We have also been staying dry during ABA and at home with b.I's help and guidance.

Honestly one of the worst child care services we have received lately. They terminated the last COM who did everything that she did to make sure my family and my child felt supportive & care for. Her name was Zuleima because I never met someone with that name before. She told me her name means peace and that what she did for our family. I could never get an answer for my questions except for the COM there previously who made sure we were heard. She always had a smile and made sure my husband and I were included. We pulled out our child and going to go where she is now. She was also an RBT & made SO much difference when she was with my child. We can tell. I hope the company knows that they lost an amazing RBT & COM. She is truly a miracle worker.

Behavioral Innovations ABA Therapy has been such a blessing for my son and our family. Since starting ABA here, my son has improved so much in his communication, behavior, and daily skills. The staff is truly amazing—so patient, kind, and understanding with both the children and the parents. They always keep me informed about his progress and notify me right away about any schedule changes. I feel supported, heard, and cared for every time we walk through the door. My son absolutely loves it here, and seeing his excitement to go makes my heart so happy. I’m extremely grateful for the team at Behavioral Innovations. I highly recommend them to any parent looking for a place that truly puts the children first.

Some of the kindest people in the world work at this clinic. I’ve never encountered a staff so friendly, caring, and accommodating at any other clinic we’ve been to. From the moment we started, it felt like a true blessing for our child and our family. That said, not every interaction was positive. Unfortunately, the experience at the front office, particularly with the dark-haired woman who answers the door, was consistently uncomfortable. Even when she tried to be pleasant, it often felt forced or rehearsed. On more than one occasion, I overheard her making unkind and inappropriate comments about others while behind the glass window. These weren’t constructive — they were just mean-spirited and disappointing to hear in a professional setting. My biggest concern over time became how some situations were handled — especially last-minute cancellations and the inconsistent professionalism from the front desk. It sometimes felt like money was the priority over people, and the turnover rate among staff was unusually high. Still, I can’t overstate how deeply grateful I am for the individuals who made this clinic feel like a safe and loving space for my child. People like Delanna, Lainey, Ronnie, Tae, and Harley went above and beyond every day, and their impact was unforgettable. There were more too, but I struggle with remembering names. If you're considering this clinic, know that your child will be cared for and truly valued by many of the amazing staff members. But it might be worth exploring a few options to find the best overall fit for your family.
